KCP Advantage Rewards
KCP Advantage Rewards is a loyalty program exclusively for Kimberly-Clark Professional distributor partners. Distributors who sell KCP products can earn points by logging their sale, and redeem their points in the online catalog. KCP Advantage Rewards loyalty program does not award cash, nor does it issue cash for points. Points earned in the program have no dollar value and can only be redeemed in the program catalog. If for any reason the program is not capable of running as planned, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this program, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tampers with the process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the program and select from among all unaffected by the problem.
Eligibility. Direct and indirect distributors of Kimberly-Clark Professional™ products must meet eligibility requirements. Users must register on KCP Advantage (www.kcpadvantage.com) to gain access to the KCP Advantage Rewards program. Users can only register one (1) account in KCP Advantage. Registering with more than one account is considered fraud. Users making claims in KCP Advantage Rewards with more than one account will have their access to KCP Advantage Rewards terminated immediately and their points balance will be expired.
Program Points. Points awarded will be determined by the current promotions. Each promotion specifies qualifications for earning and point values earned. Kimberly-Clark reserves the right to change, edit, add, end or remove promotions at any time without notice. Each claim entered by a user must include the invoice number of the sale and be approved by their Kimberly-Clark Professional Sales Representative to qualify for points. Online sales never qualify for points. Kimberly-Clark reserves the right to audit any and all claims at any time. Participants may be denied points for a claim or denied access to the KCP Advantage Rewards program at any time.
Points Expiration. Each quarter, points will expire from DSRs accounts that have not entered a claim that includes product sales in KCP Advantage Rewards in the past 12 months. Email communications will be sent to users with points about to expire one month in advance and 7 days in advance to allow time to redeem points. A new expired token will display on the DSRs profile letting them know they have 30 days to either make a sales claim or redeem their points. Points that are deemed expired will not be credited back under any circumstance. Kimberly-Clark reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to expire points from accounts at any time for unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this program.
